Question about metastatic cancer...? - metastatic breast cancer more condition_symptoms

I just found out tonight, before my mother was diagnosed today with metastatic breast cancer in the hip. His early breast cancer was diagnosed in 1999. He had radiation, chemotherapy and surgery. In 2005 she was diagnosed with breast cancer metastatic to the lung. Toward the end of chemo, he got a blood infection that nearly killed. He had quit to antibiotic treatment, because the 7 is given intravenously in 24 hours was so strong that he could not take their chemotherapy at the same time so that more cancer to the lung. Since his first battle with lung cancer less than 3 months (it was) away from antibiotics, chemotherapy and Herceptin every week as an intravenous infusion once a week. I really do not know what I am here, I ask, but I'm looking for answers tony person for everything, what you thought. If they received treatment for an extended period and Herceptin, a drug that you are almost always in response, why continue to spread?

Unfortunately, cancer in May to create resistance to chemotherapy, especially the longer you stay in them and think it was in May with her mother. There may be other chemotherapeutic agents or treatments that they care about. Much will depend on your overall health from the moment, age, response to a different treatment, and the willingness to continue the fight.

Good luck to you. I understand what happened! My son is before the surgery to save stem cells, and radiation in the coming months.

The value for you.
